V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen razvoj spletne programske rešitve za sledenje zahtevkov v sektorju informatike in njihove zgodovine. Rešitev je bila izdelana za podjetje NLB Vita, Življenjska zavarovalnica d.d., Ljubljana. Prvi del diplomske naloge opisuje podjetje in problem s katerim smo se soočali. V nadaljevanju je predstavljena metodologija reševanja problema s katero sem si pomagal pri izdelavi spletne programske rešitve. V drugem delu diplomske naloge, so opisana orodja s katerimi sem rešitev izdelal. Rešitev je narejena na osnovi Oracle Application Serverja 10g z orodji Oracle Forms Builder za grafično oblikovanje obrazcev in Oracle Reports Builder za izdelavo poročil ter PL/SQL programskega jezika za programiranje. Sledi opis izdelave programske rešitve in predstavitev njenega delovanja. V zaključku je opisana ocena učinkov ter možnost nadaljnjega razvoja programske rešitve. Rešitev je že v produkciji in odlično služi svojemu namenu. ; Abstract The paper presents the development of an request tracking application for IT department. The solution was designed for the life insurance company NLB Vita, Življenjska zavarovalnica d.d., Ljubljana. The company and the initial problem are described in the first part of the paper, followed by a presentation of the methodology used in the development of the software solution. The tools used in the development are described in the second part. The solution is based on the Oracle Application Server 10g. In addition, graphic design of the forms was made with the Oracle Form Builder, the Oracle Report Builder was used to create reports, and the programming was done in the PL/SQL programming language. The conclusion includes an effects assessment analysis. The possibility of further development is also discussed. The solution is already in use and serves its purpose perfectly.
