To reduce the product development period is the most important mission of business management. Petri nets are graphical and mathematical modeling tools applicable to many systems. They are a promising tool for describing and studying information processing systems that are characterized as being concurrent, asynchronous, distributed, parallel, non-deterministic, and/or stochastic. In this research, we use Visual Basic to develop Petri nets simulation software, and try to integrate the digital I/O interface for physical equipment control. After the simulation and verification, translate the statement into assembly language and download the code into a single 8051 chip to produce a controller.
