Treffer: Implementation of a hl7 fhir® connector for openesb

HL7 FHIR és un estàndard per a l'intercanvi d'informació sanitària per via electrònica. La situació actual de molts HIS (sistemes d'informació sanitària) és que estan aïllats i no poden respondre a les sol·licituds de fora del seu sistema tancat. En un cas ideal, aquest HIS actualitzaria tots els seus sistemes, seria compatible amb FHIR i començaria a respondre a peticions externes. Tanmateix, això requeriria una gran inversió per canviar completament la configuració actual. Aquest projecte té com a objectiu permetre que qualsevol HIS que no respongui a FHIR utilitzi una interfície que traduirà aquestes sol·licituds a un protocol que entenguin. Tot això sense cap modificació del sistema original. Utilitzem OpenESB perquè, com a bus de servei, té molts connectors i, per tant, es pot connectar a molts sistemes diferents. Per tant, en termes generals, afegim un nou mètode per connectar-nos. ; HL7 FHIR is a standard for exchanging healthcare information electronically. The current situation for many HIS (Health Information Systems) is that they are isolated and cannot answer requests outside their closed system. In an ideal case, this HIS would update all their systems, become FHIR compliant, and respond to outside requests. However, this would require a significant investment to change their current setup completely. This project aims to allow any HIS that does not respond to FHIR to use an interface that will translate those requests to a protocol understood by them. All of this without any modification to the original system. OpenESB is used because it has many connectors as a service bus and thus can link into many different systems. So in broad terms, we are adding a new connecting method.
