RESUMEN : En la empresa Argos se presentaba un problema en el área de reportes, que requería el desarrollo y diseño de reportes mediante un uso excesivo de recursos humanos, en el que uno o más empleados tenía que entrar a la ERP y a otras diferentes fuentes de información diariamente y descargar la información de las tablas de interés para crear reportes en Excel. Con el objetivo de poner fin a este desperdicio de recursos humanos, se desarrolló e implementó un tablero en PowerBi, el cual fue alimentado por diferentes de fuentes de información que se integraron haciendo uso de un modelo entidad relación de tipo estrella; ello permitió el despliegue de un reporte con los datos necesarios para estar enterado de los elementos más importantes en las diferentes áreas productivas de la empresa sin la necesidad de que un empleado tuviera la tarea de actualizarlo de forma diaria. ; ABSTRACT : In the company Argos, a problem arose in the area of reports, which required the development and design of reports through an excessive use of human resources, in which one or more employees had to access the ERP and other different sources of daily information. and download the information from the tables of interest to create reports in Excel.
