This paper investigates the use of Oracle PL/SQL and Genetic Algorithms for performing bulk resource scheduling tasks. To achieve this current theory and information from literature were examined, in order to select a suitable set of methods and algorithms. The findings of this paper are that PL/SQL and Genetic Algorithms when combined with knowledge bases provides an acceptable level of accuracy and speed when scheduling multiple of constrained resources.
