The rapid implementation of the third wave of IT innovation (e.g. smart, connected products, Internet-of-Things (IoT)) and the fourth Industrial Revolution (e.g. advanced operation technologies (OTs), Cyber-Physical Systems) has enabled the prevailing industrial digital transformation (i.e. digitalisation), where OT and IT are integrated in an Industrial IoT environment (Sisinni et al. [16]). A multi-level digital twin aggregate modelling method was presented, including the status attributes, the static performance attributes and the fluctuation performance attributes, and a digital twin organisation system, namely, digital twin graph was designed. It leverages both the sensor-sensed production data and user/customer-generated data for value creation cost-effectively. Deep learning (DL)-based models were adopted to obtain semantic information related to product quality prediction using time series data collected from IoT devices. [Extracted from the article]
